Key recommendations include: - MGNREGA: Expanding number of workdays, 50 percent all-women worksites, differential pay for disadvantaged women, focus on single women, enforce creche facilities - Food security: Home delivery of hot meals, add eggs and milk in diet, expand food package under PDS to fortify diets, temporary ration cards to tide over the crisis"
