Mann Deshi Foundation aims to empower women to access and control their finances and sustainably develop communities in rural areas of India. We enable rural women entrepreneurs with the knowledge, skills, and access to capital and support to have more control over their personal and professional lives. Our community development programs focus on providing affordable and accessible healthcare for all; enabling women farmers to understand and practice climate-smart agriculture; and encouraging young girls to become confident individuals through a sports for development program, a youth development center, and an innovation and curiosity center.
Today, we work in Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Silvassa and have reached over 850,000 women. We aim to reach one million women by 2024.
