At Breakthrough, we inspire people to fight for the rights of women and girls by catalysing leadership in communities to change deep-rooted cultural norms that perpetuate gender based discrimination and violence. We work extensively with young people through trainings that help them develop a stronger identity and the confidence to make their own life decisions.
Our mass media campaigns reach millions across the country to change behaviours and attitudes, and to provide people with a sense of personal accountability in prevention of violence and discrimination against women and girls.
