Jeevan Rekha Parishad (JRP)

Jeevan Rekha Parishad (JRP), otherwise known as Lifeline Council is an independent, secular, non- governmental research and development organization working for peace, solidarity, human rights and sustainable livelihood issues in Odisha state of India. Established in 1993. JRP has been working in the field of different health, education, human rights and good governance, child labour eradication, climate justice and environment protection, bio-diversity conservation and natural resource management, sustainable livelihood promotion, child disability, agriculture promotion etc. As a focal point of National Human Rights Foundation (NHRF) – JRP works on Human Rights Networking and Advocacy throughout the state. JRP is the India Coordinator of Master Peace (www.masterpeace.org) and Youth in Action Programmes of European Commission.
