Summary: The fifth edition of the coffee chat series presented human interest stories from the Accountability Initiative’s Inside Districts series (a collection of conversations with frontline workers). This was followed by insights from a governance perspective, by Rashmi Sharma  (Senior Visiting Fellow, ICRIER and former IAS Officer). The discussion touched on challenges faced by frontline workers during the pandemic, the role of convergence, and the need to improve capacity and working conditions.
